Deira International School is located in the new part of Dubai, which is called Festival City.
The school was founded in 2005.
Deira International has around 1,600 students in attendance from kindergarten through the 12th grade.
They have 153 teachers, including administrative staff. Classroom size is limited to around 26 students to provide adequate educational learning.
Musical Study is encouraged by the administration. Band, chorus, and dancing are offered along with other programs.
Students stay active by participation in extracurricular sports including rugby, swimming, tennis, basketball and football.
The school campus includes computer and science laboratories to educate students into 21st century technology.
Fees to attend Deira International begin at 49,856 AED for year one and increase to 77,222 AED by year 12.
Dubai International Academy
Dubai International Academy opened its doors in 2005 with more than 500 students from over 50 countries.
Over 2,000 students from 80 nationalities attend Dubai International today.
The school is only one of 16 schools to be awarded the KHDA’s outstanding rating.
School facilities are excellent, including computer, science and robotics labs to teach students advanced technological skills.
The school paved the path as one of the first teaching academies to offer the International Baccalaureate (IB) for students in grade’s KG 1 through graduation.
Students continue to excel in subjects such as English, Math, and Science. Fees to attend Dubai International start at 38,315 for kindergarten (KG) and increase to 67,893 AED for year 13.
Additional fees are required for admissions. The school campus is located on First Al Khail Street.
Gems World Academy
Gems World Academy was established in 2007 with the first year of operation beginning in 2008.
The school is a Pre-K through Grade 12 International Baccalaureate (IB) private teaching facility.
Gems World has 185 teachers instructing more than 2,000 enrolled students with over 90 nationalities represented within the school system. The academy offers all three IB programs to students from their early years to graduation.
The school campus features a 50m Olympic-sized pool and an indoor planetarium producing 360-degree views of the night sky.
The campus is equipped with a skateboarding park, rock-climbing wall and many other additions to keep students active.
Enrollment is expensive with Pre-K children ranging from 59,320 AED to around 103,000 AED for grade 12 students.
Emirates International School
Emirates International School was established in 2005.
The private K-12 school is located in The Meadows, Dubai. The school campus features 65 classrooms and conference suites for faculty meetings with parents.
A 20-meter indoor swimming pool and multi-purpose sports gymnasium allow students the ideal settings for physical fitness.
The campus has six IT suites, two art suites, two music suites, a dance studio, drama room and a language teaching room.
Over 1600 students from more than 80 nationalities attend the campus, which is split into two sections for junior high and high-school students.
Fees range from 23,647.00 AED for KG up to 70,129 AED for grade 12.
The school follows the UK and International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum.
Jumeira Baccalaureate School
This school was established in September of 2010.
Jumeirah Baccalaureate is a private K-12 international school currently with 850 students enrolled.
One out of every five students comes from UAE and total population from over 70 different nations. Pre-KG and KG-1 students are taught English as a primary language.
Those students also learn Arabic with exposure to Arabic culture. Students follow the National Curriculum of England and Wales in the primary phase.
Middle phase students follow the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program (MYP).
The program focuses on technology, arts, math, science, humanities, physical education and two of either English, Arabic, German or French languages.
Senior students must achieve the International Baccalaureate Diploma (DP).
The campus features a 25-meter swimming pool, rooftop tennis facilities, library/media center, ICT labs, art, and music studios.
Fees range from 51,305 AED a year for KG students.
Grades 11 and 12 pay yearly tuition fees of 76,958 AED. Additional fees include registration and application fee.
The campus currently has an enrollment of over 1250 students ranging from over 81 nationalities.
Uptown School is owned and operated by the Taaleem family of schools offering the (IB) International Baccalaureate curriculum to students.
The school was founded in 2013 and continues to maintain (IB) International Baccalaureate World School status.
Faculty and staff include 176 teachers having to have university teaching certification in addition to degrees.
The campus is separated into three sections for kindergarten (KG), Primary and Secondary students.
The campus boasts a more diverse range of performing arts, academics, and extra-curricular activities for students. The arts program features junior and senior choirs, percussion instrument band and an MYP rock band.
Physical education and sports are an important platform for student participation, which competes in the Dubai Athletic School Sports Association (DASSA).
Current fee structure begins at 49,950 AED for Pre-K, K-1, and K-2. Grades 6-10 are 59,950 AED.
Current fees are subject to change with the addition of grades 11 and 12 beginning in late 2016.

A mixed gender of 4,400 students attends International School of Choueifat. The school was founded in 1976 and maintains an acceptable school inspection rating.
Class sizes are large with one teacher for every 26 students.
Students learn Arabic as the first language. Arab students are the largest group of students in attendance with the remainder originating from the Nations of US, Canada, UK, Iran, Pakistan, and India.
Annual fees begin at 18,234 AED for KG-1
. Students at the 12th-grade level pay 34,896 AED. AP and SAT testing is based on US origin.
The school offers students both UK and US based curriculum. IGCSE, AS, and A-levels come from the National Curriculum Of England and Wales.
Greenfield Community School

Greenfield Community School was founded in September of 2007.
The campus is located in Dubai Investment Park and offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) program. Greenfield also offers the IB Career Certificate (IBCC) for students at the ages of 16 through 19.
It helps those students achieve success in the workforce once they begin their careers.
The campus has 1116 students with over 120 teaching staff members. Classroom sizes average out at about 25 students to each assigned teacher.
Over 80 nationalities attend Greenfield. The school campus facilities house an auditorium, drama, music, art, libraries, IT and science laboratories. Tennis courts, gymnasium, sports field and both outdoor and indoor play areas round out physical fitness at the school.

This school is located in Arabian Ranches and has been in operation for more than ten years.
The school implements the IB Diploma Courses in Years 12 and 13. They also have a secondary school in the same location that follows the Key Stage education system.
The extracurricular activities usually change from term to term according to the weather condition. However other standard activities such as soccer, swimming, and Drama.
The school also offers unique programs like Islamic art and juggling.
